Description
We will set up the preplanned course in a quiet room (on the second floor). Each participant will have the opportunity for at least two turns with their dog, with a maximum of 4 minutes per turn. Each team will take their turn individually, and once everyone has completed their turn, we can repeat the course. Please ensure your dog is crated when it’s not their turn, and refrain from conversing with others to maintain silence during the recording. No food or toys are allowed in the ring during the recording. You may choose to reward your dog outside the ring, once you are out of the view of the camera.
If time permits, we might allow a third turn – but please don’t count on this.
A tripod will be available, please bring your camera to record your run. It is your responsibility to edit your video, upload it to youtube and then submit it to AKC (for an additional fee) for scoring.

The AKC Rally Virtual program is open to all dogs six months of age and older.
The qualifying scores and titles earned virtually are the same as those earned at in-person events. You may earn a title by qualifying at either or both types of events.
The RAE class is not offered in this virtual program and therefore, virtual classes cannot be used to earn the RAE title where double Qs at the same event are required. Rally Championship (RACH) points will be recorded for dogs after they have earned the Rally Excellent (RE) title, for scores of 91 or better in the Rally Advanced and Rally Excellent classes in the virtual program.
